Warranty & Return Policy

Last updated: July 10, 2026

Warranty terms are product- and contract-specific. The applicable coverage period, acceptance criteria, exclusions, and remedy will be stated in the quotation, specification, purchase agreement, or invoice confirmed for your order.

Receiving inspection

Inspect the shipment promptly and report missing items, incorrect products, visible damage, or initial electrical issues to your sales representative. Keep packaging, labels, order references, photographs, and test records while the issue is reviewed.

Information required for a claim

  • Order or invoice number and affected product model.
  • Quantity affected, serial or batch information where available, and a clear description of the issue.
  • Photographs or video and relevant voltage, capacity, charger, or tool test information.
  • Operating, charging, storage, and environmental conditions relevant to the issue.

Review and remedy

GeB Power will review the evidence and may request additional tests or samples. Any repair, replacement, credit, refund, or return authorization is determined under the confirmed order terms. Do not ship lithium batteries back without written routing and dangerous-goods instructions.

Typical exclusions

Coverage generally does not apply to normal capacity aging, misuse, incompatible tools or chargers, incorrect storage, impact, liquid ingress, overheating, short circuit, modification, unauthorized disassembly, or use outside the confirmed specification. The signed order terms take precedence.
